I think takeout or leftovers is a must on Monday! But I do still like the idea of meal prepping on Monday (because Clara has school and I have extra free time) for a meal later in the week!

I tend to like Mondays, although we’re started doing takeout or dinner out to eat on Mondays. (Which is ok because when I meal plan I leave one night for that.) I don’t have kids, but I definitely see the pros to sending them to school on Monday! If you do Tuesday it kind of delays the start of the week!

I’m a big fan of Mondays too! I work from home on Mondays, so we play in the morning, go grocery shopping, when it’s nice we go to the park before lunch. We get a lot done and nothing done, and it’s awesome. It’s so nice not to go to work on Mondays, like I have a buffer between the weekend and actual work.
