Yay, it’s Sunday Funday time! That means I get to answer some questions…
1. What is your favorite thing about Spring?
Spring is my least favorite time of year, by far. In Chicago I don’t even think we have a spring because usually we go straight from 30 degree weather to 80 degree weather (and that transition won’t happen until sometime in July). I guess I’m not really answering this question at all, so let’s just move on to a less depressing topic.
2. Favorite kind of flowers to grow or receive?
Flowers! First, let me just say that I do not grow flowers, nor will I ever (probably). I just wasn’t born with a green thumb, what can I say? Last year the Husband asked me if he could have a ‘patio garden’ or something like that.Of course I told him ‘absolutely not.’ Basically, he wanted to turn our deck into an outdoor greenhouse (garden) and not only would that take up valuable space I use to tan during the warmer months, but I’m pretty sure we’d have to actually water the flowers or something else that responsible-gardeners do. I can’t handle that kind of responsibility and I know the Husband would forget about them and they would die and dead flowers make me pretty sad. But to answer the question, I love any brightly colored flowers. Bright colors make me happy. 🙂
3. What is your favorite nail polish color?
Sparkles. If sparkles were a color.
4. What is your favorite outdoor activity?
It depends on where I am! In the city I love eating and drinking outdoors. I also like to ride my bike through the streets or go running along the lakefront… So many possibilities! On vacation I love to hike or wander streets and shop and people watch. Random fact: I also love to ride horses (the 5 times in life I’ve actually done it), which is an outdoor activity so I think it’s totally applicable to this question.
5. Do you have any fun Spring plans? Details.
Well, there’s that trip to Hawaii I accidentally bought… So that’s something to look forward to. But seriously, is it summer yet?
I hope you’re having a most-excellent weekend!
