Where were we on this super extended wedding recap?!
I swear, if I were a more organized blogger with scheduled posts, this recap would have only taken about a month to get through. (Someone, buy me a planner/organizer!)
However, because I have a bit of blogger ADD, you get the very strung out version.
Thanks for sticking with me.
Anyway, the last post I wrote about our wedding ended with the Husband and I at the altar.
And this was my favorite part of the wedding to plan… the ceremony!
It started off with our brother-in-law reading one of my favorite Bible verses, Colossians 3:12-17.
Then, our best friends read this lovely reading, which they selected and I thought was absolutely perfect:
And finally, it was time for the vows! The Husband (or Tim, as these vows refer to him as) gets credit for writing these.
And just like that, with a few more words from the pastor and the exchanging of some (gorgeous) rings, we were husband and wife!
And so began forever.
Yay!
Honestly, the ceremony went by in a complete blur. I felt like it lasted about 4 seconds. In actuality, it probably lasted closer to 15 minutes. It definitely wasn’t drawn out, but I thought it was very sentimental and sweet.
Is that enough pictures for a Wednesday?!
I think so!
