My heart could not be more full right now.

What to say, what to say about my baby turning one year old…

Clara Jane is all joy with a few tantrums thrown in here and there. She is determined and funny and does not mind being the center of attention. She will go to any stranger and loves animals. She does not know fear or failure. She loves playing in water. She is rarely sad, but she does get angry. She has started sleeping for 12 hours straight at night. She is aggressive and knows what she wants. She is quick to smile and laugh. She isn’t easily overwhelmed and loves being around lots of activity and people.

I’ll have more on the rest of our weekend (including her party!) tomorrow. Tonight I’m going to look through pictures from the last year and wonder where the heck the time went. Babies certainly don’t keep.
